• Subcontracting : when I use Ma Diet en Ligne for follow-up, the platform acts as a processor under the GDPR.
• Legal bases (as applicable) : appointment scheduling and relationship management; and, for health data, processing necessary for care.
• Retention : data are kept for a period proportionate and compliant with applicable obligations and recommendations, depending on the nature of the data and context.
• Recipients : myself and, only where necessary for the service, my technical providers (site host, booking tool, Ma Diet en Ligne). Data are not sold.
• Your rights : you may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection where applicable) by contacting me at alicia.barizia.pro@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if needed.
