2) Scope

These terms and conditions govern the booking, payment, cancellation and provision of dietetic consultations offered by Alicia Barizia ("the Practitioner"). Any booking implies acceptance of these T&C.

3) Services

Services consist of dietetic consultations (assessment, follow-up, nutritional support), by appointment, remotely and/or in person as specified at booking.

Information and advice provided do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or emergency care. In an emergency, call 15 (SAMU) or 112.

4) Pricing

Prices are shown on the website and/or at booking. The applicable rate is that displayed at the time of booking. Prices are in euros.

5) Booking and payment via Ma Diet en Ligne

Booking (and, where applicable, payment) is made via the Ma Diet en Ligne platform. Use of the platform is subject to its own terms (T&C) and information shown in the booking/payment flow.

These T&C govern the consultation service provided by Alicia Barizia (content, cancellation, lateness, no-show, etc.). The platform governs the booking/payment tool and its operation.

6) Payment – proof

Payment arrangements (payment at booking or as per the option offered) are specified when booking on the platform. A receipt/invoice may be provided as per the platform’s procedures or on request.

7) Cancellation, rescheduling, lateness and no-show

7.1 Cancellation / rescheduling

Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made as soon as possible via Ma Diet en Ligne (or, failing that, by email). Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.

7.2 Lateness

If the patient is late, the consultation may be shortened to respect following appointments, with no price reduction. In case of significant lateness and if the consultation can no longer be carried out satisfactorily, it may be treated as not honoured.

7.3 No-show

In case of unexplained absence, the consultation is still due. If payment was made at booking, no refund is due, except in exceptional circumstances assessed case by case.

8) Remote consultations (video)

For remote consultations, the patient undertakes to have an internet connection and equipment suitable for video. If a technical issue beyond the Practitioner’s control arises (patient’s connection, equipment, environment), the consultation may be continued by other means (e.g. phone) or rescheduled where possible.

9) Liability

The Practitioner undertakes to use the necessary means to provide the service to a professional standard. The Practitioner’s liability shall not be engaged in case of: (i) failure to follow recommendations, (ii) inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the patient, (iii) external events or force majeure.

10) Personal data

Information on the processing of personal data (and, where applicable, health data) is set out in the site’s legal notice. When booking/care is carried out via Ma Diet en Ligne, data processing on the platform is described in their information/privacy pages.

11) Complaints – amicable settlement

In case of difficulty, the patient should first contact the Practitioner by email: alicia.barizia.pro@gmail.com.

12) Applicable law – jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall be brought before the competent courts under the general rules of law.
