Who am I?

I’m Alicia, a dietitian-nutritionist, and I support you towards a healthy, peaceful, and enjoyable way of eating — one that supports you at every stage of life.
I've chosen to dedicate my practice to women's health (and then couples' health), a field I've been passionate about for a very long time. Indeed, after years of dysmenorrhea followed by a diagnosis of endometriosis, I felt a deep need to better understand hormonal mechanisms… and above all, to find solutions that are applicable daily and sustainable in the long term.
Nutrition and micronutrition are precisely the accessible tools (in addition to medical care if necessary) to support hormonal health, and it's important to me to offer you support without guilt, nor impossible rules, or unnecessary restrictions. Let's remember that food is one of life's greatest pleasures!
Furthermore, my engineering background has instilled in me a scientific rigor and a practical approach that I apply to nutrition based on current data. And because research in women's health is evolving rapidly, I continuously train myself and stay informed about the latest scientific advances, in order to offer you up-to-date and reliable support.
In consultations, we start with you: your pace, your story, your symptoms, your constraints. Together, we build habits that suit you, to help you regain comfort, confidence, and long-lasting reference points.
